Mitchell W. Poole was born and grew up here in Idaho attending grade school in Nampa and high school in Boise at Capital High.

Following high school, Mitchell attended Brigham Young University and began his career in 1980 when he graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Personal Financial and Estate Planning and Finance. Upon graduation Mitch accepted positions with The Principal Financial group in Boise where he worked in various roles including both the management of other Representatives and planning for individual clients.

In 1987, Mitch accepted a position at MONY Financial Group where he continued to work with both Representatives and individual clients as an Assistant Managing Director of the Boise Regional Office.

In 1999, Mitch accepted a position with Beneficial Financial Group. In 2004, Mitch affiliated himself with Roger Madison forming Madison Poole to offer retirement income, investment, and insurance planning. Mitch currently is an Investment Advisor Representative and has FINRA series 6, 63, and 65 securities licenses as well as insurance licenses in several states.

Mitch and his wife Evaly have 4 children and several grandchildren.
