Ronald W Hatch was born in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. Ron graduated from Brigham Young University in 1981 with a BA in Economics. He accepted a position with Mancal Ltd., in Calgary and worked as a Special Project Accountant and later as an Internal Auditor. Mancal was the holding company for construction, coal mining, oil and gas, and railroad services companies.

In 1985, Ron moved to Boise and continued in the construction business, working for Tolley-Hughes Roofing and Sheet metal as estimator and project manager.

In 1994, Ron earned an MBA from Boise State University. His duties changed and he worked as controller and CFO. In 2003, Ron went to work for McAlvain Construction in Boise as Controller/CFO where he worked until May 2012. In July 2012, Ron joined Allegis Financial Partners to offer retirement income, investment and insurance planning.

Ron is an Investment Advisor Representative and has FINRA series 6, 63, and 65 securities licenses and is currently affiliated with Madison Poole. In 2017, Ron earned the Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP) Professional Designation.

Ron has volunteered for various businesses, and political organizations. He currently volunteers for the local chapter of the BYU Alumni Association.

Ron and his wife Lisa have 4 children and several grandchildren. Ron enjoys waterskiing, photography, and visiting the grandkids.
